Upload an Excel file (.xlsx format) containing your grid.

The first row must contain all the elements, the 'self now' element must be the first one and the 'ideal self', the last one.

The first column to the left must contain all the personal constructs with a comma between the left and the right poles. Example: 'good, bad'.

It must contain at least 6 elements and 6 personal constructs (we recommend a minimum of 10 x 10).
